Ensemble Digital Kitchen is thrilled to serve Milk Bar sweets & treats. Milk Bar was founded in 2008 by James Beard award-winning pastry chef Christina Tosi with the intention of turning familiar treats upside down and on their heads. The people of Milk Bar believe in the transformative power of a really freakin’ good cookie or an outstanding piece of cake. And they consider NO occasion at all, to be a perfectly valid occasion to celebrate yourself or someone else. At Ensemble, we agree.
